Garrett arrived on time and was very polite. He interacted with my daughter while we tried to make the problem arise so he could try to fix it. While he was unable to make the problem happen again he did everything he could to do his job. I recommend him and Jake's heating, air, and plumbing.
Service technician called a 1/2 hour beforehand, arrived on time. He is polite knowledgeable did its job in afterwards he went over everything he did give me the concerns on my unit and what I should be looking for in the future. We went over the bill explained everything to me and proceeded this tell me everything look good and left.
He did a great job it's extremely polite and professional really appreciate everything he did for us.
Your Technicians are great. Very knowledgeable, professional and honest. I cannot say the same about your office personnel. They LIE,LIE,LIE and then LIE some more.!!! Honesty is ALWAYS the best policy as well as professional work ethics. Telling a customer the Technician is late because of traffic, stuck on 69 and stuck on 70...is Bull! The tech was honest and said he was at another job. Make sure the techs have the parts when you schedule service appointments, he gets here and we waiste an 1 1/2 waiting on someone to deliver it. While waiting my tech leaves to go get parts for his next job. I call the office and they lied to me saying it was another part he needed for my repair. Not true, another LIE!!! My question is why LIE??? HONESTY is always the best way to conduct an honest business. Shake up the girls in the office that lie while saying "how can I make you smile today"? Just stop LYING!
