These guys are among the top in the Indy area. I've had numerous companies out as a part of my home warranty to look at various issues and Jake's blows them all out of the water. In January they provided an emergency furnace replacement. Not only did they not jack the price up due to the the urgency, they provided a discount and I was able to upgrade to a high efficiency unit that works beautifully. The owner of the company even stopped by the house to ensure everything was going well. The most recent issue i called them for involved some horrific sounds coming from my air conditioner. My home warranty sent out other people 3 times with zero success. I eventually bypassed them and called Jake's directly. Robert B came out and had the problem diagnosed within minutes and successfully corrected the issue under warranty at no cost to me. This group is great. There is no reason to use anyone else.
