Nominate a Veteran for a Free Furnace

We here at Jake's Heating, Air and Plumbing, LLC appreciate the men and women that have served to protect our freedom. That's why we are selecting one United States Armed Forces Veteran to receive a new Furnace completely FREE!

But we need your help! We need you to take a few minutes and nominate a Veteran that you feel is worthy of this recognition. No matter which branch they served, or when they left the service - you can nominate them right here. All you need to do is fill out the information below and submit it. At the end of the month, we will select one deserving Veteran to receive the free furnace.

Here are a few requirements for nomination:

1. Must be an Hononrably Discharged Veteran.
2. Vetern must live with in Jake's Heating, Air and Plumbing, LLC sevice area.
3. Must be replacing a gas furnace. The furnace is 95% gas.
4. Entry must be completed before November 30, 2017. The recipient of the free furnace will be selected November 30, 2017.
5. Every Veteran that is nominated will receive a discounted furnace inspection. Discounted inspection must be scheduled before December 15, 2017.
