I've used Jakes several times for their professionalism and quality and I'm always left impressed.
Today we had a great experience. Our unit was repaired quickly and the service member was so kind, informative and knowledgeable. We purchased the service plan which seems like a great deal. We have 7 units so this will save us money in the long run. So happy with the service we received.
Robert was very helpful! Beyond friendly and just down right great!!! He Was very fast to get here and explained everything to us and helped us understand our problem and several solutions on fixing it. I highly highly recommend this company!!!!
I've now had two systems done by Jake's. Attention to detail. Worked to my schedule. Left work areas cleaner than they found them. My old farm house threw them a couple of curves and they pushed through the challenges. One system is a conventional propane furnace and central air. The other is a new mini split type of system. We also had them add a whole house humidifier to the conventional. Happy with all the work.
