Our heat went out just after business hours. K.J. came out and got our furnace working again. She was very professional, kind and knowledgeable.
I called Jake's on Friday, 10/20, as the heat pump was not working. Tech, Kaitlyn arrived within two hours. She was professional, very friendly, and knowledgeable. She diagnosed the problem, and fixed it very quickly. She stayed at our house for quite some time to ensure the heat-pump was working correctly before leaving. Thank you, Kaitlyn for a job well-done.
The people who came out and worked on our house were extremely polite and they worked hard to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. Chad, William, Lance and Nick were the main ones who I delt with and they were all excellent workers.I would highly recommend these men to anyone who needs plumbing work done. Their attitudes were wonderful and very nice to be around while doing our repairs.

Very good experience with installation of a new HVAC system for one of my real estate clients. Estimate was easy to understand, and they gave good, better, and best options. The sales representative Lisa was awesome and she made the whole process seamless! The installers were super easy to work with and they explained everything that needed to be done and why it was necessary. The office also sent my client a nice thank you gift after the installation. Would definitely recommend them in the future! 😊
KJ came very promptly for same-day service to fix my AC that stopped cooling. She was excellent in every way--courteous, professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and objective--did not pressure me at all, but explained the problem and my options, answered all questions thoroughly--she exceeded expectations and I really appreciate that!
